The purpose of Club Tempted is to provide an alternative, lifestyle-friendly club for couples, singles, and those in extended relationships, allowing them to exercise their First Amendment right to meet and socialize in an enjoyable nightclub setting. Although primarily oriented to the traditional swinger community, it also welcomes the BDSM and other kink communities. It is a members-only club, providing a safe, comfortable venue for like-minded adults to share their particular interests.

Guests acknowledge the club's purpose and that they are attending a private social gathering expressly for that purpose. Attending an event carries no promise or expectation of engaging in any activity with any other individual.

• Single ladies are to be respected. Stalking or harassment of single ladies is never permitted.
• We do not release our guests' private information. To contact another guest, ask them directly at a Tempted event or through their profile on the Club Tempted website.
• Attendees must ask permission and receive affirmative consent before touching or watching other guests. "NO" means no — and no response still means no.
• Remain courteous and respectful to one another, as well as to Tempted staff, volunteers, and entertainers.
• If you enter a play area and are not playing, please only whisper, or do not talk at all.
• Singles are not permitted upstairs unless accompanied by a couple.
• Do not invade the personal space of others while they are playing. If in doubt, ask whether they would like your company; if they answer "no," move on and out of the area.

Dress to impress those you're trying to mingle with — then, once inside, feel free to slip into something sexy and get your flirt on.

• Plain white T-shirts (no T-shirts on Saturdays)
• T-shirts with advertisements or logos (no T-shirts on Saturdays)

• Tank tops or sleeveless shirts (men)
• Work, greasy, or smelly hats — any hat must be clean and worn correctly

Shoes must be clean and presentable. Jeans are fine if dressed up with a nice shirt and shoes. When in doubt, remember you’re coming to a premier private club — you never know who you’ll bump into.

• No photos or videos inside the club. If you need to check your phone, do so quickly and discreetly.
• Tempted operates in accordance with state and federal law and reserves the right to report prostitution, sex trafficking, and the use or trafficking of illegal substances to law enforcement.
• Absolutely no weapons of any kind on Tempted premises.
• Members (couples) agree to leave Tempted events together.
• If you have an accident, please clean it up and/or notify staff to help.
• Tempted does not sell alcohol, but members may bring their own. Ice, cups, and mixers are provided free of charge. If you bring your own cup, please use a tumbler with a lid (such as a Yeti).
• Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave, or denied entrance.
• Attendees must be 21 or over, with a valid government-issued ID to present at check-in.
• Entry doors close at midnight. No new entry after midnight.

All individuals who wish to enjoy the purpose of the club are eligible to apply for membership, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship status, play styles, kinks and fetishes, preferred activities, or sexual preferences (“Sexual Interests”). As a members-only club, Tempted reserves the right to accept or reject any application, and to revoke any membership, at its sole discretion, based on the applicant's suitability for the club's stated purpose. Tempted further reserves the right to restrict or regulate any Sexual Interests of members while using the club, including for health, safety, or legal concerns.

Tempted recognizes that not all members share the same Sexual Interests, and expects every member to respect the dignity of others regardless of whether their interests are the same.

No member shall harass, intimidate, or make negative or disparaging remarks to another member because they dislike that member's Sexual Interests. Every member is free to decline to participate in, or even observe, any Sexual Interests they do not like.

No member shall harass, intimidate, or coerce another into participating in or observing Sexual Interests they do not like. As always, no means no.

No member shall deceive, mislead, or make false statements about their Sexual Interests to induce another member into activity they know, or should know, that member would not otherwise participate in.

Tempted reserves the right to remove from the club and/or cancel the membership of anyone who violates these rules or becomes disruptive.

• All interactions shall be entirely safe and consensual.
• There is NO "Dungeon Monitor." The safety of all BDSM play rests solely with the participants, and any BDSM activity is done at the participant’s own risk.
• Use a pre-arranged safe word for every scene; upon the safe word, all play stops at once. The suggested safe word is “RED.”
• Be aware of your surroundings, and ensure your play does not interfere with or injure anyone nearby.
• Do not touch anyone's person or property without their permission.
• Do not enter a scene in progress, or talk to anyone in a scene, without being invited; step away if asked, and otherwise respect scenes in progress.
• No loud conversations in the Dungeon area while any scene is in progress.
• No fire play, wax play, blood play, water sports, or scat play.
• Clean any equipment you have used once you are finished.
• Limit sessions to 60 minutes when other guests are waiting for a station.
• Although no Dungeon Monitor is present, take any concerns about safety or behavior in the Dungeon to Tempted staff.

Non-refundable · transferable to another member

All ticket sales are final, and there is no reselling of tickets. Tickets may be returned to Tempted for a $30 restock fee if done more than two weeks before the event, with the refund issued as account credit. Within two weeks of the event, there are no returns, refunds, or credits. If Tempted cancels an event, you will receive credit in accordance with the Event Cancellation Policy.

Everyone entering on a ticket must have a current Tempted membership at the time of the event — it is your responsibility to inform your guests of this. Tempted has no obligation to admit anyone who is not a current member, regardless of whether they hold a ticket.

Ticket credit

Occasionally, events may be canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances (such as a power outage). If an event is canceled, Tempted will try to notify you as soon as the decision is made. If you are ever unsure about an event's status, please check the website for the most current information.

If Tempted cancels an event, no action is required on your part — the cost of your ticket and any add-ons is credited toward a future event ticket. No refunds are given.

Tempted is not liable for travel, lodging, or any other expenses incurred in connection with a canceled event.
